Delete your account and data

1. Delete from Trikapp

If you can access the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm the request. The account is deactivated and remains recoverable for 30 days; afterwards we delete or anonymise the associated data, except information we must retain by law.

2. If you cannot access the app

Deletion starts in Trikapp. If you can no longer access the app, you can request it from this page by contacting our privacy team. Include the account email address and username so we can identify it.

3. What is deleted

The request covers the account, profiles, garments, closets, outfits, diary, posts, images and other associated content. Subscriptions are managed separately through the App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled there to prevent renewals.
