Terms and Conditions

1. General information
These terms and conditions (hereinafter, "Terms") govern access to and use of the Trikapp mobile application and the trikapp.es website (hereinafter, "the Service"), owned by [COMPANY_NAME], with tax ID [CIF], registered at [FULL_ADDRESS] (hereinafter, "Trikapp" or "we").
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
Trikapp is a platform that allows users to:
- Create a digital wardrobe by photographing clothing items, which are automatically analyzed by artificial intelligence.
- Organize garments into themed closets and create outfits.
- Share outfits and posts with a fashion social community.
- Receive personalized outfit suggestions, style analysis and AI-based semantic search.
- Follow other profiles, give likes and save favorites.
The Service is available in a free basic version, with additional AI features available through premium subscriptions.
3. Registration and user account
3.1 Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- If you are under 18, you need parental or legal guardian consent.
- You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
- Each person may have one account with multiple profiles.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. Do not share your login credentials. If you detect unauthorized use, contact us immediately at support@trikapp.es.
3.3 Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. When you delete your account:
- Your profile, clothes, outfits and posts will be deleted.
- Your data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
- Active subscriptions must be canceled beforehand through the corresponding app store (App Store or Google Play).
4. User content
4.1 Your content
You retain all intellectual property rights over content you upload to Trikapp (photographs, texts, outfits). By publishing content with "public" or "followers only" visibility, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, distribute and reproduce said content within the Service, for the sole purpose of operating and improving Trikapp.
This license ends when you delete the content or your account, unless the content has been shared by other users and is still visible to them.
4.2 Private content
Content you keep as "private" is only visible to you. We will not use it for social, advertising or marketing purposes. It may be processed by Trikapp's AI to provide you with classifications and personalized suggestions.
4.3 Prohibited content
You may not publish content that:
- Is illegal, defamatory, threatening, obscene or discriminatory.
- Infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- Contains nudity or sexually explicit material.
- Promotes violence, hatred or discrimination.
- Is spam, unauthorized advertising or fraud.
- Contains malware, viruses or harmful code.
- Impersonates another person or brand.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules and to suspend or cancel offending accounts.
5. Community guidelines
- Respect other users and their content.
- Do not harass, bully or intimidate other users.
- Do not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
- Do not automate access to the Service (bots, scraping) without express permission.
- Report inappropriate content through the app's reporting tools.
6. Subscriptions and payments
6.1 Available plans

6.2 Payment processing
All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Trikapp does not store payment data or financial information.
6.3 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
6.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.5 Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies. Trikapp does not process refunds directly.
6.6 Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price change will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will not affect the current billing period.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Our property
Trikapp, its design, source code, logos, trademarks, texts and all non-user content are the property of [COMPANY_NAME] or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 License of use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Trikapp application on your personal devices, in accordance with these Terms.
7.3 Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify or distribute the application or its code.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application.
- Do not use the "Trikapp" trademark without express written authorization.
- Do not use other users' content outside the platform without their consent.
8. Artificial intelligence
- AI results are indicative and may contain errors. You can edit or delete any classification at any time.
- Images you upload are processed by Gemini Vision (Google) for automatic classification, on EU servers.
- Your data is not used to train third-party AI models.
- Outfit suggestions are based on your real wardrobe and preferences, not on advertising or third-party interests.
9. Limitation of liability
Trikapp is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free service.
- We are not liable for the accuracy of AI analyses or suggestions.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Service availability
We strive to keep the Service continuously available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily or permanently interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates, force majeure or business decisions. Where possible, we will notify interruptions in advance.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or cancel your account if:
- You breach these Terms or the Community guidelines.
- Your account remains inactive for more than 24 months.
- Required for legal, security or user protection reasons.
If your account is unjustly suspended, you may appeal by emailing support@trikapp.es.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the user's domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for out-of-court resolution.
